All of our products at the Pearly Whites Saga are 100% digital. There is no physical shipping, which means no waiting for the mail! Once your purchase is complete, your files are sent to your email instantly.

How to Download Your Files

  1. Complete Checkout: After successfully placing your order, you will be directed to a confirmation page containing your immediate download links.
  2. Check Your Email: We will also send a delivery email to the address you provided at checkout. This email contains secure links to download your PDFs, MP3s, or ZIP files.
  3. Download & Save: Click the links in your email to save the files directly to your computer, tablet, or mobile device.

Pre-Order Items

If you ordered an item marked as "Pre-Order", you will receive a confirmation receipt today. The actual digital files will be automatically emailed to you on the official release date listed on the product page.

Troubleshooting

  • I didn't receive an email: Please check your Spam or Promotions folder. If you still can't find it, you may have entered a typo in your email address at checkout. Contact us and we will fix it!
  • I can't open the file: Most of our books are standard PDF files. Ensure you have a PDF reader installed on your device (like Adobe Acrobat or Apple Books).
  • The link expired: For security reasons, download links may expire after a certain number of attempts. Just email us and we will refresh your links immediately.
