How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request, simply follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@pearlywhitessaga.com within 30 days of your original purchase date.
2. Include your Name and Order Number (found in your receipt email).
3. Let us know you'd like a refund. (Feedback is always welcome but never required!).

Once we receive your email, we will process your refund immediately. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method.

If you have purchased a pre-order item, your 30-day guarantee period begins on the day the item is officially released and delivered to your inbox, not on the day you placed the pre-order. You may also cancel a pre-order at any time before release for a full refund.
